Called to have a job done and I was told it would get done the next day. I followed up with a text the next day and they said they would come before 5pm. At 5pm I messaged and got no answer. Messaged again an hour later and still no answer. Just need to know if I should look elsewhere, a simple response would be nice.

Technician told me they’d meet me in 30 minutes and I had to wait for an hour and a half for them to call me back to say they weren’t at my location yet or left yet. I called them back 8 different times and they didn’t pick up any of my calls.
