5 stars !!! excellent customer service on the phone as well as on location. As a business, we experienced an issue with our front door being broken and customers not being able to enter the store. We had service tech here within the hour. Nathan replaced the door handle itself and the mag lock. Great service ! Definately would recomment Ottawa Lock and Key for anything further

Recently locked out of my house I contacted Ottawa Key Shop. They responded quickly as promised and opened my door. The rep was polite and very kind. The one outstanding question I really appreciated was they asked for ID proving this was my residence. I highly recommend this business!! Buy LOCAL and buy Canadian!!!!

After the cylinder came out of my front door lock and I was stuck and locked outside with it attached to my key I was at my wits end! A few calls to other locksmiths in Hamilton proved fruitless, no one available to help but one competitor company suggested I call Ottawa Key Shop. Sure enough, the friendly voice answered, sure no one immediately available but can come a little later, best offer I had and secured a visit. Nathan called me when he was 10 mins away, allowed me time to get to my house and upon arrival set about the task of jimmying what was left of the lockset to open the front door, and he was done in short order. Saved my bacon :) and extremely pleased with friendliness, professionalism and politeness of everyone I engaged with. One happy client and Ottawa Key Shop is now in my contacts for future sharing and reference. Thank you OKS, another happy client.

I have an old BMW that I only had a single copy of the key for. I have used other shops in the past but no one could replicate my key well enough that it would unlock / lock my doors. Ottawa Key Shop was able to do so and only in a few minutes. Friendly staff and great service. Highly recommended
