I lock my self out and called Keynes locksmiths, they said it would be about 15 min but I ended up waiting an hour. Then the guy tried charging me 300 dollars to unlock the car. This was way over priced and I told him that and we ended up negotiating down to 90. But then when I was checking out he added an extra 30 dollars to my total and kept saying that was an extra fee.

Even in a pinch, break your own window before calling a business like this. Not a good place to spend hard earned money. Will completely take advantage of you and charge outrageous prices. This man started to yell at me and the 18 year old employees we had on site. He left the lock in worst shape than arriving because he was upset I told him he needed to leave after first saying it'll be $150 to get everything done then jumping to $300, then to $800. And when I said absolutely not he came back and said he would do it for $500. When he CLAIMED the parts alone were over $600 dollars. How does that make any sense?? Will never use this company again. Look into who you guys hire because that was the worst experiences I've ever had with a company.
