Reviews note quick turnaround for key cutting and some car fob work, with several mentions of reasonable pricing. A portion of feedback raises concerns about communication and dispute resolution on complex jobs. Experiences appear to vary depending on the service type and expectations set beforehand.

These guys were recommended to me by my auto repair shop. Got a new key and fob for my 23 year old Suburban, one for the console also. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and had me out of there in under 30 minutes. Two thumbs up. Highly recommend.

Very quick and reliable, & CHEAP! Paid less than 20$ for 2 keys that no one could make!

Very unprofessional owner, all locks I gave him to clean and make new keys did not work and refused to give me my money back or fix them and proceeded to kick me out of the store yelling and cussing. All I wanted was my locks fixed or my money back horrible business owner DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE.

I came in 5 days ago with about 11 locks that I lost the keys too and asked for the owner to clean the locks and make me two new spare keys. I sent my son in too pick them up when there ready and only one lock worked, I rode back up there and tried to get them fixed again or at least get a refund. He then refused to give me any money back or fix them I left the locks in his store and told him I don’t need them and when I got to my car he came runnning out and slammed them on the hood of my car cussing in my face. Horrible business owner do not recommend at all…

These people are shisty, and try to rail road you for a bunch of extra. They are not capable of helping the locals. I had someone offer to ride from 30 more miles away, and charge me a fraction of the cost. I already have all my keys and they just need to be programmed. But this company wouldn't accept my keys because they didn't make them. And tried to up charge me for a key that won't even work my car. He called it an ATTEMPT. If you can guarantee your service you shouldn't be in the business. Please triad people DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
