Recent reviews mention mixed results on key accuracy, with several reports of keys not working for certain mailbox or standard keys. Pricing is a common concern, with multiple customers noting costs higher than local hardware counters. Some customers found the refund process easy when keys failed. A few reviews note that past copies worked fine, but the experience can be inconsistent.
Too expensive. So ridiculous. 11.99 for a brass key with no designs? I will never use these kiosks again. Id rather wait in line at a hardware counter to get my simple brass key for $3.And the kiosk itself is slow. Asks too many questions and tries to upheld you on the same keys you just selected but discounted.
Had 2 copies of a key made. Neither worked. But very easy refund process.
the key didn't work. complete waste of $10
The key works fine. However, $12 for a key is outrageous. All the advertising I had to suffer through while waiting for my key to be made was majorly annoying. Should I need this service again I will be looking elsewhere.
I cannot get the keys to work. They are mail box keys. Your process is very efficient, I would recommend your machine and would use it again, this is the 1st time I have had this problem. Other keys in the past worked well.
