Lucky Owl Lock & Key

I was having major issues with my car key. It’s a nearly 30 year old vehicle, and the key had become so worn that it was barely working anymore. I originally planned to get it handled closer to home on the west side of Oahu, but after calling around and asking questions, I felt the most confident going with Lucky Owl Lock & Key. That turned out to be the right decision. I came in and was helped immediately. Desmond was attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. He understood exactly what the issue was, got the key corrected quickly, and had me back on the road in no time. The level of professionalism and customer service really stood out. Everyone was friendly, focused, and clearly experienced in what they do. After this experience, I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for locksmith services. Highly recommended if you need reliable, fast, and knowledgeable help with locks or keys.

I couldn’t ask for more, will be my first call anytime I need locksmith services. Open weekends and hours that work for any schedule, extremely fair pricing, quick service, very responsive, and my business felt valued. He even cut my Honda (motorcycle) OEM key blanks that no other locksmith would touch and they turned out perfect.

Desmond from Lucky Owl Lock and Key did an outstanding job. I was stuck with a car that would not start because my key fob stopped working. Desmond came out the same day, replaced the key fob, and got my car running quickly and smoothly. He was professional, friendly, and very efficient. The whole process was stress-free, and I really appreciated how fast he was able to help. Excellent same-day service and great communication. I would absolutely recommend Desmond and Lucky Owl Lock and Key to anyone who needs locksmith or key services.

Lev and Desmond are the best! They made a duplicate key with a fob and even took the time to fix my original fob which was awesome. Their service was beyond my expectations as they were quick and very courteous. They also don't charge an arm and a leg for their services so I was very thankful for that!
