It was an excellent experience. I needed to reprogram a key. I was given a fair estimate over the phone with the assurance that payment was conditional on successful reprogramming. I made an appointment and showed up. Everything worked out fine, thankfully. These are good, honest folks running a family business. They service AAA calls are BBB accredited.
Automobile Locksmith saved the day. Thankful we found them through AAA. I couldn’t have asked for a better company to help us when our son lost his car keys. The owners are so nice and trustworthy. They communicated with us before arriving, were upfront on costs, and arrived exactly when they said they would. I hope no never lose our keys, but Automobile Locksmith will be the only company I’ll ever call again! I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
Fantastic, prompt, and friendly service! Called about having a replacement key fob programmed and was quoted $100 if I could bring the car to them or $195 for a mobile tech to come out. I had called some other places who for some reason were not able to quote me a price when I called, which was weird to me, so really appreciated getting a quote from Automobile Locksmith immediately. I wasn't able to access my car at the time, so opted for a mobile tech and they were able to arrive within an hour of me calling. The tech discovered my car battery was dead and helped me work through that issue, in addition to the key fob work. They verified that my old fob still worked and cut a new emergency key for it (the previous key insert it came with was not a match) and then programmed a new fob/emergency key for me. Whole process took maybe 30 minutes. I was also charged exactly what was quoted to me on the phone (note: there was ~$16 fee for paying with credit card but I was notified of this). Super happy with the service I received and know who I will be reaching out to for any future needs, as well as recommending to anyone needing vehicle key services!
This company saved the day for me. I figured out I had lost my keys at 7pm. They told me a price over the phone and stuck to it once on site. Not too bad a price. They communicated on their ETA and arrived when they said they would at 8pm. I was in my car with a new key within 20min. Losing keys sucks but they helped me out.
I needed two spare keys to a recent vehicle purchase in the family. The vehicle would be shared, thus the need for two spare keys. The two other car locksmith places I called gave me the run around, asked why I needed two spare keys (like it was their business why I needed two spares?), didn't show up at appointments, or didn't return calls.Automobile Locksmith was different. A person on the phone the first time I called. This may not be the case all the time, but they were able to give me an appointment immediately as long as I could meet them at their location. The key making process took a minute, but I had my Air Pods and iPhone, so I entertained myself.The customer service was great here, and the prices were competitive for quotes I had received earlier. Will definitely return here for future needs. Couldn't recommend enough.
