Robert and Manny did a complete hardware replacement on our 25 year old 8' doors and knocked it out of the park. They were very professional and courteous, as well as hard workers. We started out using them for regular maintenance and will continue to use them on all of our property. They have performed several different services for us and couldn't be happier with their work and their warranty on their work. Do yourself a favor and call them first.

We are a property management company that owns and manages multiple commercial and industrial buildings. We recently contacted FlyLock Security Solutions (Orange County / Inland Empire branch) to discuss upgrading our existing security camera system.

Justin, the General Manager, visited our commercial office building in Irvine to review our needs and provide recommendations. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the process, and we received a detailed proposal the same day.

We moved forward with installing seven interior dome cameras, two exterior bullet cameras, and a new NVR. The installation was handled by Project Manager Steven and his team, who did a fantastic job. The work was clean and well organized, and they took the time to provide thorough training on how to use the system. We now have clear footage, remote monitoring from our devices, and an improved sense of safety and security at the building.

Shortly after, we reached out again for a last-minute service request related to card reader access for one of our tenants. Justin did a phenomenal job quickly identifying the issue, sourcing the necessary parts, and scheduling the work for the same day.

Through working with Justin, we also learned that FlyLock supports ADA door modifications, suite door adjustments, and additional access control services, which is extremely helpful for our portfolio.

We will absolutely continue using FlyLock Security Solutions for our properties and highly recommend them to anyone managing commercial or industrial buildings.

Flying Locksmiths were great but Manny the tech is what took it to Fantastic. This was my first commercial door issue at one of our Subway Locations in Dana Point. I was very concerned about cost, time, and who to work with etc. One of our double doors became un-aligned, resulting in a heavier door feel and difficulty to open for customers. After a customer showed up at our other Subway to order and mentioning our other store closed because they could not open the doors, I realized the potential sales lost and instantly googled a commercial door repair company, as I had no idea where to find a good company, google is always my go-to. I reviewed reviews, as this was my first time needing a repair and they seemed pretty good, previous customers seemed happy. I was not sure what to expect. The customer service setting up appt, was quick, super simple. I sent in an image of the door and my problem so they knew what they were getting themselves into at arrival. I was delighted to have someone scheduled for the next day, more importantly I was blown away when they actually showed up on time! Manny our repair tech , hands down was the most patient, clean, organized, informative repairman I've ever come across. He explained what the problem was, why it was occurring and options. His speed in the repair was completed so quickly and must add, was super tidy and never was in the way of customers entering/exiting during the lunch rush. I never felt pressured by any "upselling techniques" that are so often included in the visit. It was clear direct info and options. I have to say Manny has been by far my best interaction when dealing with any repair/tech at my stores and more. Flying locksmith is lucky to have this guy on their team. When it came to pricing, as a commercial door repair this is my first, so I am not quite sure how to compare, but I will say the repair cost did not hurt as nearly as much as I expected. I will be referring towards Flying Locksmith for any of my future commercial door repair for all my stores. Thank you!

We have been having issues with our office security door not working correctly for months. The prior vendor that had done the work was simply not responsive. I received a recommendation to use FlyLock earlier this week. I called and spoke with Matt on Tuesday morning. Four hours later, a member from his team, Justin, was able to stop by the office and provide his input for our doors. He sent me a quote later that night, and even stated he would price match a prior quote I had received. Today, Friday morning, two of his techs, Cameron and Ryan, arrived and spent three (3) hours working on our door. Before replacing all the hardware, they took the time to troubleshoot. It turns out, there was an alignment issue with our doors. Cameron and Ryan were able to resolve our malfunctioning security doors without needing to take them down or replace the hardware. FlyLock was able to bring our office peace of mind, excellent customer service, and quickly fixed our security door. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.
