Omar and Alex are the best. I ordered my Emtek unlaquered brass handleset online from Louisiana because, although very expensive, Golden Locks had the best price. They were very patient working with me on every detail of the handleset to make sure I got it right, then after all of that, they corrected an error I made after I ordered and paid. The handleset was received promptly and has been installed. I'm a lifer.

Very bad experience!! I ordered a lock online on Jauary 4th, I got an email that my ordered was created..since then,, nothing, no email no calls about any updates. After a week, I called and the representative told me that they don't have it in stock and they are waiting for the manufacturer to make it, and it will take another 7-10 days. Since that call, nothing, no email no calls. I called again on January 26th, 3 weeks after I place the order, and again the representative told me that my order should be ready maybe in extra 14 days. I canceled it. There is no follow up, the items marked as in stock, and then they take their time. Really bad service and bad customer service. I won't buy anything from them again!!! Be aware people.

I have a 2012?Mercedes Benz E550 UMatic and wanted a key.
I called the Mercedes Dealer first. They quoted me close to a $1000 for a key and I had to make a service appointment.
I called several Locksmith companies and they told me this car had special security features and the only place to get the key was the dealer.
Then I was fortunate enough to contact Golden Locks. I was able to get my key in 1/2 hour for close to 1/4 of the pierce the Dealer quoted. I ended up getting 2 keys. Don’t waste your time. This company has great prices and very professional service.

I called around to many locksmiths to get prices to replace and program a broken FOB. Golden Locks had a good price and offered speedy service - and it was in a convenient part of town…..around the corner from Costco! LOL…..

My FOB was in pieces and they were able to cut a key and get the programming into a brand new OEM replacement for a fair and very competitive price. In fact, I got 2 FOBS because the price was sooooo good!

Just be sure to call in advance to make sure they are in the office and not out on a call!
