Customers mention quick service and friendly staff. One home-lockout customer recalls getting help in about 15 minutes, but a front-door key customer reports keys that did not turn smoothly and an additional charge when the company returned two days later.

We had Madison Locksmith come out to make keys for our smart lock on the front door. They charged $116 for the first visit. Unfortunately, the keys they made didn’t work properly—they didn’t turn the lock smoothly, which we didn’t realize until a realtor had trouble getting into the house.
When we called them back just two days later, they came out again but charged us another $85 instead of fixing the issue under the original service. For the price, we expected working keys and better follow-up service. Overall, the experience was a little more expensive than it should have been.

Great guys with great rates. I called them for a home lockout. They showed up in about 15 minutes and quickly got me in when everyone else was hours out.

Great service and fast. Had a problem with my Key breaking into pieces at work had to have a key on the fly. Gave them a call and headed over 10 minutes after arriving they had me fixed up and driving away with a smile. Customer service was great!! Staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They immediately got to work on cutting a key, programmed it and fixed my sticking tailgate key lock port. Services were half the price of everyone else in the Huntsville metro area and unlike everyone else there was no appointment necessary. Extremely pleased and will definitely be going back, Thank you!!!
