Key Boss Locksmith

Excellent locksmith service. We closed on our house and needed to get the locks changed out last minute on a Saturday. David was very responsive and came out same day. He provided quality locks and left things clean and secure. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Key Boss Locksmith enough! A friend had just dropped me off at home after a meeting. As he zoomed off, I opened my storm door without a problem! But when I tried the main door, the key would not turn. I was completely locked out. As a Yelp reviewer, I immediately searched for a locksmith and found Key Boss Locksmith. I called and was instantly connected with David. He was in Zionsville while I live in Broad Ripple, and he was finishing up another job. What impressed me right away was how communicative he was and howhe kept me updated on his timing and arrival so I wasn’t left wondering. It gave me time to walk down to the grocery before he arrived. When he arrived, he almost magically got the door open using my existing key. But what truly set him apart was what happened next. Instead of just unlocking the door and leaving, he took the time to figure out why it had jammed in the first place. The opening where the lock connected was slightly too small, causing it to stick. At no additional charge, he carefully filed it down to prevent the issue from happening again in the future. That level of care and professionalism is rare. I also asked him for estimates on replacing the lock on my back door since I’ve lost those keys over time. His pricing was completely fair and transparent. David is not only highly skilled, but genuinely personable and professional. If you ever find yourself locked out or in need of locksmith services, Key Boss Locksmith is absolutely who you should call. Highly recommend!

I needed a second fob key for my Mercedes. The service from David was fast and perfect. and most import the price that you can not get from another service. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price!

Highly recommend. I bought my Jeep with only one key, and that simply won't do. My husband shopped around for a local locksmith who could laser cut and program an extra key for us, and Key Boss Locksmith was the best pick. From courteous service on the phone when we inquired about cost to his hospitable nature in shop, David was awesome. He was quick, thorough and accurate in cutting our keys and getting them programmed. While we received service at his shop, David does offer mobile services as well. Check him out for your key-cutting needs.
