I changed my review from 5 to 2. I mainly gave the gentleman a 5 star because of his effort despite the communication barrier. I cannot live with the fact I feel I overpayed for the services and I'm stuck with a warning error regarding my keyless system. Now, I'm trying to solve the issue myself. Who can live with a trouble code? He quoted me two prices , one of the issue didn't fix it and another of the original key will solve the issue. My issue began with trying to duplicate a new fob and remove a old worn out key fob from my car . The fob would sometimes lose contact with the battery and wouldn't remotely lock my keys. I would have to get my key close to the start/stop button and get it started. The tech was responsive but I couldn't fet my problem understood, but key tried. At first , he blamed the aftermarket key , stating it was rigged and the whole system wasn't working due to its faulty programming but he will try to fix it. He is there already. I asked he can get me an original key , he said yes. I asked that I needed a key made from scratched too . I was missing the emergency auxiliary metal key to open the car in case my fobs battery died . This was my main problem I needed a locksmith. He took off the left driver door and tried to record the key. After a hour or so , he couldn't cut the key or make it work. He finally programmed the fob a/m fob and stayed the original OEM key doesn't work and stated he would have to try something else. At the end , I'm was out $600 and with a non OEM original key look alike , a a/m key , cut non working key and a warning stating my keyless system needs inspection with a giant red ! Every time I start the car . I contact the tech to see if he can resolve the issue. He stated the car is working and if we can leave the issue alone , if anything happens where I'm stuck or need his help , he will come at any time. That's great but I don't have this issue before ? And why would I risk getting stranded ? I hope this review helps others and not make my mistake . Next time I'll just take it to the dealer if I'm forking $600.

Very honest and trustworthy technician! Great communication skills and very quick work ethic! I have a 2020 Nissan Sentra and my remote to start key wasn’t working. The man initially attempted to fix it, which is very commendable. When that didn’t work he offered to replace the key for $150. Talk about reasonable price. Great experience overall! Being a mobile service I thought it would be like waiting for the cable guy or utility service [a scheduled four hour window on a future date.]. I was wrong.From initial call to completion, service was exemplary and professional and completed within an hour ON THE SAME DAY. Sean (the technician) was very personable in his demeanor, answering any questions I had.I would definitely use this service over others (and I called 3 for time and price).Very, very happy.
