I had a small issue at first with the customer service, but as soon as the owner became aware of the situation, everything changed. He and his technician Lee personally made sure the problem was solved quickly, and I truly felt heard and taken care of.

This kind of attention makes all the difference. The $320 I paid for my car key was totally worth it because of the quality and the peace of mind I got in the end. It’s rare to find a business where the owners take responsibility and go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommended!
