Under two month I’ve had to call Giddy Up twice. Both times for keys being locked in the trunk. Both times have been nothing short of a great experience. Reliable, friendly and QUICK! I didn’t even get to put away a small pile of laundry by the time they arrived to my house to help. From the time I called to their time of arrival, NINE MINUTES! I lost my only car key at the airport and was so stressed, but Shimi from Giddy Up Locksmith was amazing. He came out quickly, gave me a clear price up front, and cut and programmed a new key for my Nissan Altima right there on the spot. My car was broken into and vandalized over the weekend and I needed help quickly. Shimi came out on a Sunday evening and was able to get the broken screwdriver out of my ignition, replace the cylinder, check the fuses, and put my steering column back together. This was above and beyond what I expected a locksmith to be able to do and I am both very pleased and grateful for Shimi’s help, as well as a fair price for parts and labor. I highly recommend Giddyup Locksmith!
