I needed 2 new chipped keys - 1999 Ford Mustang with no originals. Having no luck with local Ford dealerships I contacted Jax Locksmith Pros and spoke with Michael. He was happy to answer all of my questions and arrived at the promised time and made me new keys. Great communication and customer service. They will be my Go To if I ever need a locksmith in the future. I recommend them if anyone needs a locksmith.

Absolutely awesome service! I got locked out on Christmas Eve and was worried I’d be stuck outside in the cold. Jax Locksmith Pro arrived quickly, worked efficiently, and got me back inside without any damage. They were professional, courteous, and priced fairly. Couldn’t ask for better service — definitely the locksmith I’ll call again and recommend to everyone!

Had Mike come out immediately and was fast and efficient. He had to make a key with for a 2013 vehicle. It was the best price I could find as well. Very professional and would highly recommend.

Jax Locksmith is a total lifesaver! ????
I cannot say enough good things about these guys! I was locked out of my car at 9PM (with groceries melting in the trunk ??) and within 20 minutes of calling, a friendly technician named Mike showed up like a hero in a locksmith van. Not only was he quick and professional, but he had a great sense of humor too — which helped me calm down when I was freaking out a bit.
He got my door open in under 5 minutes, didn’t damage a thing, and even helped me carry my bags back into the house. Who does that?? Jax Locksmith does, that’s who. ??
The price was super fair (no surprise fees), and the customer service from the initial phone call to the final handshake was top-notch.
If you’re in Jacksonville and need a locksmith you can trust — call Jax Locksmith. Fast, friendly, affordable, and just good people. I hope I don’t get locked out again… but if I do, I know exactly who I’m calling!
Thanks again, Jax team — you rock! ??????
