Worst possible service. Their words hold no weight. I was told the locksmith would arrive in 30 minutes. No one showed up. I had to call them myself, and then I was told it would be another hour. I waited again, only to be told another hour after that. No communication, no reliability, and no respect for a customer’s time. If you value your time, look elsewhere.

Tried 2 different cards but neither would register. Also kept getting an error that the machine couldn’t connect to their server. The didn’t have my apt key in the machine and would have had to have it mailed which was fine. But was never able to complete the purchase
This was my third attempt, two other were traditional keys. They didn’t work. But this machine one worked!!
