A few reviews reference variable experiences with mobile technician punctuality and communication. Overall sentiment points to convenience and speed with mixed outcomes on precision and field service consistency.
$8 per key. The machine is very easy to use and the keys worked. No wait to use it, so it took about 10 minutes start to finish. It’s located inside the ShopRite just past the cash registers.
Kiosk was easy to use. Made 2 different keys. 1 worked and 1 did not work for some reason. The refund process for the key that did not work was easy and refund was issued instantly.
Don’t use this service. I don’t give reviews like this, but the service, price and attitude of the workers were all atrocious.I called for service and the initial wait time was given 20. The guy gets here 30 minutes later than what was first said without giving any information on when he’ll get here, so I just keep waiting. He gets here, talks about how much he is in a hurry, doesn’t take off his shoes when I offered him slippers because his shoes were soaked with snow and dirt, walks around the house. Most important is no one disclosed the price before the work began, not him or the service lady who took the call. Service was simple opening of my room door which took 5 seconds with a small pry. He charged me 175 dollars, and when I felt conflicted and asked if I could call the office to check, he said he needs to go and is ‘losing patience’ and scolded me in Arabic. Not to mention that the lady in the office said ‘how much can you offer?’. I ended up paying anyway, but at least hoped that you’d have disclosed the price when I first called to ask for service and the price, or at least before coming into my apartment to do it and left all the dirt on the floor. Why are you all so sly about giving the price and forcefully get paid after the job is done? This is the worst service I’d ever received in my life. I am sorry for anyone who might receive service here. 175 dollars for prying open a door? Please don’t do this to your customers please.
I lost my car fob. This service was great. I never knew there were car locksmiths. It took them 45 minutes to get to me and another 20 minutes for them, to sync a new fob to my car. The guys was friendly and quick. This service was amazing. Worth it.
The station was convenient and easy to use. Even though the key couldn't b produced immediately, it was shipped out fairly quickly. My only critique is that the copy may require some jiggling in the lock if the scanning mechanism was loose. Considering it was affordable and quick, I can't complain too much.
