The barely work. It takes several seconds to a minute of juggling the key to get it to work. For the cost which is insanely high, I would got somewhere else if I had to do it again. $10 a key that barely works. Crazy

Extremely upset with the customer service I received, and I genuinely feel like I was robbed. I called at 11:42am to get a quote for the removal of a lock on a wooden desk. The person that I spoke to said they could not give me a quote until the locksmith came in person and he would give me the quote. The guy taking my call stated the technician would arrive within 20 minutes. The technician called me 4 times and kept pushing the time out. When he finally arrived, he immediately started drilling on the desk without notifying me of the cost. I know I should have stopped him, but I figured the most he would charge was MAYBE $100... he was done within 90 seconds and left a huge hole. I asked him if he could install a new lock to be able to continue using the desk and he laughed and said no. Well, he charged me $556 for drilling a hole and nothing more. I thought I heard him wrong and asked again. I told him that was ridiculous, and he stated it was the company's price. It is completely unreasonable, and I will be sure to NEVER use this company for our personal or business needs. Oh, and he wanted a tip..

Easy. Made 3 keys for an elderly friend. Stick it in and bingo. 3 keys. All worked. Got American flag keys so they would be able to recognize them.

KeyMe turned out to be way better than expected. I ordered two keys and they gave me an extra one of the cheaper key, which was for our front door lock. I have three things to say, and they are all good:
1. KeyMe uses brass blanks instead of the white (nickel?) alloy. Those brass keys look so much smarter.
2. The front door key had fewer indents than the "original" key I used, which was itself a copy. I thought it might not work. I actually worked better! To be fair, I paid the $2.00 extra for the "very best cutting process".
3. The second key was for my mailbox. Those keys you usually have to pay much more to get them directly from USPS. They didn't have the blank needed so I had to wait to get it through the mail. It arrived by mail as promised and works great too.

No I wouldn't recommend this place. Just buy a car opener kit yourself and someone in the family/friends keep it for those JIC moments.

I cannot believe that these Keys actually worked on my 2020 Tucson! I was very skeptical because all I did was put the end of my switch key into the machine, followed the instructions and received My key within a week and it worked perfectly in the door and in the ignition even without the key fob! Saved me a ton of money from going to the dealer

Saw the machine. Was curious to see it work. Instructions were simple and easy even for a not so savvy tech person like me. Tried the key the next day and as advertised worked perfectly. Will be a return customer for sure.
