I called John because I accidentally locked myself out of my house. My neighbour who has a spare key wasn’t home . He was at the hospital with his wife unknown when he was coming home. John was already overbooked but was thinking about ways he could help me. John cleverly suggested texting a photographic copy of the key to him.. My son had the spare 3.5 hours away. We did that . This solution worked brilliantly . My friend drove me to a convenient location in Westbank . After trying the key .I e-transferred the money to John . John is professional ,thinks outside the box and tries to get you back into your home asap .I would definitely use this service again .

This is a good business to support. First-time customer today and John's my Locksmith now. I'm really appreciative and grateful that he sorted out multiple door lock problems for me all in 1 go. He's a good problem solver and knows his business and what he's doing. He took stress out of it for me and that's huge. Needed a locksmith asap. Called John , he was super pleasant and within 1/2 hr he was on his way to our place. I am out of town so it was very nice to have that kind of service as he was completing another job first which was understandable. John had the door unlocked and batteries changed out immediately so my contractors could get in and start a project for us. 5 stars all the way. That is customer service. Thanks again John.

We recently moved into a condo in Kelowna and John helped us with some key cutting and access to our mailbox. His service was excellent. He was able to help us within a day or 2 of originally contacting him. After he was done, he said to contact him if we had any issues. As it turns out, one of the keys he cut wasn’t working properly, so i texted him and he was there the next day and spend at least 30 minutes with me cutting replacement keys and testing them until it was perfect and he left me with 2 spares at no cost. I would highly recommend John.

I was locked out of my car and couldn't really afford the cost of most places. Not only did he make it there in 15 mins but he worked out an affordable price. He really made my whole day!
