I lost the keys to my F-150 while snowboarding at Apex Mountain on a Saturday afternoon of a long weekend. We had driven all the way from Vancouver, and without this service we would have had no way to get home until at least Tuesday. When I called Ford, they told me nothing could be done until then.I called Neil, and he was extremely professional and quick to respond to my call and any questions. He came first thing Sunday morning and had a brand-new key made for my truck in less than an hour.There are no other services like this in the area, and we’re incredibly grateful for the fast response and excellent service. Highly recommend!
Awesome service! Right to the door had my fob and key done. Took 1/2 hr from arrival to finishing. Phoned and within an hr arrived at my door! Connor was very polite and professional!! Great job would definitely refer MKS to anyone!!!
Fast friendly and efficient. I don’t know if anyone has ever tried to get a new key from a dealer for the newer chipped keys these days but the prices are crazy. These guys not only do it at a fraction of the cost but come to your door!!. Full warranty too.Great service came to our shop and programmed a spare key for our staff truck.
SUPER THRILLED WITH CONNER - at Mobile Key Services! WOW - he went above and beyond - other local companies wanted to charge a big service call fee - some even wanted us to tow the truck to them for a faulty fob! Conner drove to Vernon from Lake Country. He picked up the faulty fob - went to the vehicle and got it all sorted and dropped off the newly paired fob … we didn’t even have to leave work!
Neil was so kind, he rearranged his work day to drive an hour from Penticton to Osoyoos, just to help me out! Professional and quick service. Highly recommend this company, when you are in a jam!
