Frequently Asked Questions
How does Clint's Lock and Key control restricted-key duplicates?
A signature card is kept on file for authorization. Each request must come from an authorized agent, whose photo ID and signature are checked before a duplicate is made.
Can Clint's Lock and Key rekey an existing lock without replacing its hardware?
Yes. The process replaces the tumblers inside the lock and uses new keys; the old keys then become obsolete.
What happens after Clint's Lock and Key receives a door-unlocking request?
A technician provides an estimated arrival time and asks relevant questions to gather the information needed to unlock the door.
