Communication was great on the day of the appointment. Dakota was the technician who came out and he was both courteous and ex. The quality of work was outstanding and everything went as expected from start to finish! I will be using Killeen Locksmith for all my rental properties moving forward and would highly recommend them.

Mr Luis was very professional and courteous but the Jasmine showed up to assist with the procedure: The experience jumped to a whole new level. They both worked as a team to get me the key cut and programmed. They answered all my questions and I think they gave me a very fair price. I will recommend them to all my friends and relatives. This is a very well oiled machine. Give them a call and you will not regret it. I have a perfect working key from scratch They did not stop working until everything was perfect. It makes me want to go work for them.
