This company was my first call for a front door handle/lock repair - as they have a lot of positive reviews. However, after sending them some pictures they said they couldn't assist with a repair, but they would sell me a new set for $175 +tax. I took the handle/lock to A-1 Locksmiths who repaired on the spot.
Got my locks changed to a keypad and a deadbolt on the back door. Quick and easy installation and service. Had a small problem with door, but was fixed immediately at no cost to me. Highly recommend!
Called Monday morning to request a rekey service for a home in Amherstview. They were available the next morning. When I asked if they could accommodate same day as I was heading out of town they put me on hold and to my surprise they were able to help me. Within 1/2 hr they arrived and were able to complete the job leaving me feeling secure and very pleased. This service level was above and beyond!
