Great customer service! Contacted Kingston Locksmiths to help install a new smart lock at our home. Ricky and team were responsive and easy to communicate with. Arrived at our home in the Huon on time and lock installation went without a hitch. The invoice was less than quoted, which was testament to their honesty and integrity, as the work was less than first thought. I'll be using KLS from now on as our first choice.
These guys are awesome! I took in a very expensive watch to be engraved. I was a little nervous to find out if the watch would be wrecked or if it would turn out the way I wanted it to.(See photo of watch in "photos")Fortunately these guys know what they are doing and engraved the watch perfectly! And best of all their pricing is more then generous!Not only that, they offered to remove the watch links for free once I had given the watch to the recipient and they needed it refitted!Amazing service with friendly faces!
