I have a Volkswagen key fob In which the plastic piece that holds the key blade broke. I purchased a new key shell from Amazon but was not able to swap the blade with my old one. I called around in Kingston and found out that no one does new European cars, but got a recommendation for Treaty Marshall in Gan. Tubears removed the pin holding the blade in no time, and put my old blade back in. He gave advice on how to assemble the spring mechanism as well. Tubears ended up saving me 1000$, the cost of an entirely new fob from the Vw dealer. Very thankful for his help.
I needed new fobs programmed and the keys cut. I made an appointment with Treaty Marshal’s who told me not to use Campbell’ s towing co. CAA sent a truck from Campbell’s anyway. As my car was being unloaded, the owner came tearing from the building yelling to remove truck and car from his property. His behaviour was disgraceful, rude and totally unprofessional. He thrust himself threateningly in my face and the driver’s. Unbelievable customer service!
