Chris from EA Locksmith came over on time to look at our door handle not working properly. He fixed the issue, lubricated the latch and gave suggestions on how to handle this if the issue comes up again. Thank you EA Locksmith for the great job!

I was impressed with the service provided by EA Locksmiths. A technician arrived within the hour, assessed the problem with our entry door and was able to fix it within 15 minutes. It was around supper time on a Saturday, so we were quite happy to get such quick service, as we would not have been able to lock this door without their expertise. Also, the price was reasonable.

I am giving this business 3/5 stars due to a severe issue with transparency and accountability, despite having had a very positive experience when they fixed my front door a year ago. This review focuses on the latter interaction regarding a vehicle lock, where operational practices overshadowed the quality of work. I called them for a car lock issue. I was told "my technician will call you back," and nine minutes later, a technician called. The work was completed the following day. The critical problem arose two months later when the car lock failed again, forcing me to call E A Locksmith for accountability. The owner initially claimed he did not perform the job and had no record of it. When I called back a second time and proceed to get a quote as if it was a new job, he once more stated, "My European technician will get back to you," referring me back to the same individual. After tracking communication details, it became unequivocally clear: E A Locksmith had subcontracted the work to an outside party without my knowledge or consent. The technician who serviced my vehicle never disclosed that he was a third-party contractor. If you choose to use E A Locksmith, you must proceed with extreme caution. This practice makes it nearly impossible to track responsibility and follow up on failed work. I strongly advise confirming who is actually doing the job and demanding proof that they are a direct, accountable employee of E A Locksmith before any service begins.

Amazing service. From phone call to in person to scheduling and to following through on everything that needed to get done/repaired was above and beyond my expectations. Weird lock we have so wasn’t sure we would have success but we did! Thanks Chris for your communication and professionalism and patience!
