Highly recommend! My elderly, disabled neighbor got locked out of her apartment late at night, and Pop-A-Lock came to the rescue. They communicated their ETA and price right away. The technician arrived in less than an hour, got the door open in under 10 minutes, and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. Amazing service!
My technician was incredible. You could tell that he was very knowledgeable and experienced. The response time was quick, the pricing was clear, and the work was solid. We hit a few hitches in the road due to my vehicle specifically, but he knew exactly what to do and fully explained every change or issue there was. He was beyond friendly, yet still very professional. I highly recommend this company if you run into a situation where they are needed! (Big bonus if you end up with my specific technician!) I just unfortunately do not remember his name. We just had a death in the family and so there was just too much going on.
Im glad I seen this one thru bc had i left my opinions last night this would have went another direction, however, id like to share my experience so last night I come out to a locked car (dummy on my end) my ride was an hour away so I decided to call around alot of places claiming to be 24/7 not even answering the phones but I tried pop a lock and everyone start to finish was very polite and willing to help butttt I guess they had recently changed their hours literally just days ago and the person just ended up going home at normal time last night which was exactly when I placed the order in they both quoted me the same price and time and I waited about 1hr goes by and I called back to see if they were still coming and that's when they realized no one was infact coming...now that's how I thought this was gonna end however I ended up waiting for my ride to come now ever further waiting since that was a hour regardless, anyways, I come home and wake up to deal with everything bc I still needed my car I decided to call back to explain the situation and it just so happened Patrick the owner had got my call and had already seen what had transpired thru the night he was extremely apologetic, and assured me that's not typical business with them and told me he'd send someone out (james) for free for all my trouble now not alot of places would have been that kind or even gave me light of day when complaining but instead they owned up to it and made it right even offered a couple other complementary things he could do to make up for all the miscommunication and what not all in all I have my keys they made it right and we're completely friendly and professional start to finish would recommend!
I was so worried when I locked my keys in the car while it was running. Joe showed up quickly and unlocked my door in seconds. I was so relieved. Joe was so professional and even made me an extra key. I highly recommend this company. The service is great and they don't over charge.
James did a great job changing the tire. We couldn’t change it ourselves because there were 2 different size lugnuts. Glad he came prepared!
