Waited for a tech to come unlock my vehicle. I was told 20-30 minutes, I called back after 45 minutes and was told that they were swamped. She told me 20 minutes again, I waited a grand total of roughly 1:45 before cancelling. The whole situation could have been avoided if they had been honest about the fact that they had only 1 tech and didn't actually have a clue how long it would take to get to me.
Gwen came to my rescue! It was pouring down raining! Gwen saved me and was able to get my keys out of my car and also arrived very quickly!
Pop a Lock has bailed me out a few times, each time technicians were very respectful and professional. Today was a unique situation. My daughter pulled on the driver side door handle and it triggered the alarm and anti-theft mode. The car wouldn’t start even with the battery unhooked and hooked back up. I called pop a lock and the technician, Skylar told me to put the key in the driver’s door and lock/unlock and attempt to start it. I followed his steps and it reset the anti theft mode and started right up. Another fine example that Pop a lock employees are the best in their field and there is no comparison with their competitors. Thanks a million Skylar!!
Thanks so much Gwen. It was hot,humid and my blood sugar was low. I locked my keys in my vehicle at Walgreens. She was there in no time.
I locked my keys in my car, AGAIN !! I called Pop a Lock. I was way out in LeBleu @ Landrys. They came with in 30 mins. He was very professional and fast at opening my car. I liked him. He even understood my purse and money were locked in my car!!
