Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Disinterested staff behind counter, another staff member watching videos on the computer in plain sight as 4 people waited for service. Was quoted one price for a car key cut on the phone, then charged double for it at the till. When I pointed that out I was met with silence from the employee but after he grunted I noticed that the price had been changed on the debit terminal to what I was quoted - so at least I didn't pay double for poor service.
