Proved superior to other locksmiths. A bedroom door with a deadbolt locked unexpectedly and I don't have the key. Three other locksmiths said they had to destroy the lock but A&L was able to open the door and showed me how to keep the deadbolt from locking by itself. He also gave me a quote over the phone instead of saying he needed to look at the lock first to quote it.

Amazing, heartwarming experience. I was looking to get some blank keys cut and was struggling to not get scammed, with folks quoting $40 and $75 for a simple key cut.
