Said they would be here shortly waiting 30 min called back to get an ETA said 5min waited another 20 called back Multiple times and no one ever answered. Got a call from one of the locks smiths saying they had the wrong address when I Literally gave it her and spelt it out. If they told be it would be an hour wait I would be understanding. As single mom not reliable here.
Very polite and knowledgeable staff that greeted me and listened to me. Problem with my key remote was taken care of.
I went in and was greeted promptly by a nice young man. Told him I needed a couple of key fob shells cut, told him I was going to take the circuit board out of the damaged one and he said he could do it if I wanted him to so I said “go ahead” Not only did he cut the two blank keys and put the old circuit board in the new fob. He handed me the keys and said “It’s free no charge”. I tried to pay but he continued to say “no.” My experience was beyond words Thank you for your service.

Very disappointed in this shop, I called and asked about cutting key's for the 2019 Toyota I just bought used. The dealership only provided one key fob, when I handed her the key fob I asked for three keys then inquired about the cost of another Fob like the one I just handed her which she quoted 180 dollars programed, at no point did she mention that the keys she was cutting were not chipped as required to start the vehicle, she walked out to the vehicle and tried the keys in the door and said they were good to go again not mention they would not start the vehicle but only open the doors......35 dollars for three keys that will only get you in the car!........I called her this morning and asked her why she never mentioned that the keys needed to be chipped then programed? I hoped she would have at least offered a discount on the correct keys but she was unbothered by any of it......Valdes Locks cut me the correct key for 1/2 of what she quoted me for the same keys.
