Needed a new key fob. Contacted and they had me scheduled the next day (on a Sunday) Chuck contacted me prior to his arrival, once at my location he explained the process and got to work. About 30 minutes later Chuck was done and I had my new key fobs. Highly recommended for quick professional service and Chuck was great.

Payton was such an amazing help when I got locked out of my place he was patient, considerate, and reasonable. Not to mention he was fast with the process of getting me into my place. Yesterday I called Danny’s Lock & Key because I needed a key blade cut for my Mercedes. I’ve used this company before and had a very positive experience with one of their technicians who went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Because of that past experience, I wanted to give them my business again.Unfortunately, my interaction this time was very different.I spoke directly with Danny. The tone of the call was not friendly or courteous. I explained what I needed, and he told me he would call me back shortly with pricing and service timing after checking with his technician. That was reasonable, so I waited.After about an hour passed with no return call, I assumed I might have missed it and called back. During the second call, he said he still hadn’t spoken with his tech yet, but again promised he would call me back. That call never came.Here’s the issue for me:Being busy is understandable. Running a small business is demanding. What’s not okay is telling someone twice that you’ll call them back and then not following through. People plan their day around these kinds of commitments. If you can’t take the job or don’t have time to follow up, just say so. Honesty and basic courtesy go a long way.I’m sharing this so others can make informed decisions. Customer service isn’t just about doing the technical work — it’s about communication, professionalism, and respecting people’s time. There are plenty of locksmiths in town, and reliability matters just as much as skill.I hope they take this feedback constructively. A simple follow-up call would have avoided all of this.
If I could give 10 stars I would!!! This company is superb! We called late at night and the response was immediate. The receptionist & roadside technician who we spoke with were friendly and very pleasant. Chuck is the best! He had his tools ready to go as soon as he stepped out of his vehicle. If you have any locksmith needs, DON’T HESITATE TO CONTACT THEM. Fast response time and customer service is worth it. The price was decent too and with paying if you’re in a jam.
