The key making process was good. The issue I had was it was buy2 het one free. I selected all three products must the third key was not made.
Marisa Russo
Fast and easy. I like that the machine was located in the front of the store.

Went to Lowe’s to get keys made. Ordered 3, the machine cut all 3 but only gave me 2. Lowe’s then told me I would need to contact the company as they couldn’t help me. So I did, and no response from them.

Cant give 0 stars. I purchased 4 keys got 2 keys free and not one key worked for my front door, in fact they all got stuck and struggled to remove the key. 6 keys of no use to me now.

This was the 1st time I tried using one of these machines. The key was 1/8 of an inch too short and wouldn't even go into the lot. But a complete waste of time and money. I will not use one of these machines again.
Edie Harkins
Ridiculously long wait of over an hour to get one extremely overpriced key.
Brianna Turner
Love this device. It saved my day when I was in a bind at work and it is super accurate.
Sean Green
The only thing I can suggest is more choices for key type for padlocks.

This machine was so easy to use. You just put your keys into the slot to make a key and are able to choose from such cute designs also. The keys are about $6 and up but very cute designs. You also can see the key being made which my 1yr old liked to watch then it comes down like a vending machine for you to grab.

I had a slightly bent key and the store key maker was not able to make a copy, but the Minute Key kiosk did. I took it home and test it and it worked. Later I had the store key copier make three copies from the new Minute Key. I had to return those key because they did not work. with the refund I put it back in the Minute Key kiosk and made three copies, all of them worked. This convenient service deserves these five stars!

This is NOT a locksmith! It should not be listed as such. If you need a simple key made, it will do it. But remember, all it is is a machine that makes keys for you.
