I tried all 3 new keys today. One worked easily, two did not. They fit in the lock but wouldn’t turn. Will try again on a warmer day and hope that will solve my problem. THEN I will be perfectly satisfied with the key service.

I ordered 9 keys. After adding my first two keys, it prompted that a 3rd would be free. I assumed that for every 2 I bought I would get the 3rd free. So I added all nine keys I still only got one free key, instead of the assumed 3 free. I unfortunately, had to place 3 separate orders in order to get that third key free. Overall, it was easy to use and quick.

Process was fairly straightforward but lots of upselling add-ons to decline. The price was higher than expected for the simplest of keys, but I went ahead for convenience.

The keys worked but required jiggling to get the cylinders to rotate. They had not been wire brushed as with a manual, hardware store key, and were very sharp.

I wire brushed them with my drill when I got home so that took care of the knife edges. It may or may not fix the jiggling problem. They’re for a rental and I haven’t been back yet.

Overall rating: 2.49 rounded down.
