The technician arrived quickly and unlocked the car within a few minutes. He was very courteous and professional. He thanked me for my military service and gave me a discount. I will always use Arco in the future.
I lost my only car key, on a Monday, with my car in a tow zone. Terrible day. But when I saw there was a locksmith close by with great reviews I called right away. The woman I spoke to was very understanding. She gave me a quote and even got someone that could come almost right away. The guy that showed up immediately told me she misunderstood and there would be an additional charge since I didn’t have a spare key to cut off of. He ended up taking well over an hour then told me he’d need to go to their office to get a different programming thing. So the ordeal ended up taking most of the day. Honestly I don’t blame them for that but the difference in the charges felt kind of shady.
We recently had our 30-year-old alarm system replaced by ARCO, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The technician, Adam, did an outstanding job. He was professional, thorough, and clearly knew his stuff. While the installation took some time, the attention to detail was worth it. The new system works perfectly, and I feel much more secure.
