Stock levels and selection can vary by machine and time of visit.
Updated review: There are TWO machines in the store. One is self serve, and has little selection. But the one on the Hardware isle has excellent selection. You will need an associate to assist you with that one.Previous review:The machine was simple to use, but the selection of keys available was terrible. I ended up just cancelling and going to a locksmith shop.
Poorly stocked
I have made several keys all but one have been great. But the one I tried twice and both times it’ failed the shoulder is long on the uncut side so the key will not work
Customer service was great and issued me a refund without any hassle, but the process of getting a key cut that worked in my lock was frustrating. I was getting 2 keys for two separate locks. One worked fine. The other never worked after two tries. I had to keep running back and forth to the lock and trying the new key. It never worked. I finally went to Ace Hardware and had one cut that actually worked for a cheaper price.
Pretty cool to see
