Turn A Key was fantastic to work with! They sent Gavin out quickly, and the turnaround time was impressive. He was prompt, skilled, and efficient—rekeyed our entire house and adjusted several knobs and bolts. He easily could have told us to replace some of the hardware, but instead took a few extra minutes to lubricate everything and get all the locks working smoothly. Really appreciated his honesty and expertise. Will absolutely hire him again!

Jerren did a great job replacing the key even after being approached by multiple problems in the process, he was very transparent, knowledgeable and efficient.
