I went there to request an inspection of my door in my restaurant and then I was going to do the repair with them. They told me they would call me to set a date, but they never called me (it's already been 3 days). In short, 100% lack of professionalism.

I went to get a key made for my ATV. I wanted to get the dealer's key, so I didn't buy it there. The first thing they told me was that the job wasn't guaranteed. Seriously, people have specializations, and you go to them so it's not some clueless guy at the hardware store making my key. Suddenly they don't want to guarantee jobs anymore... I just thought it was lame... Maybe I'm a freak, but I wanted a Kawasaki, not an Ilco... Next time I'm going to Canac...
