Seriously, people have specializations, and you go to them so it's not some clueless guy at the hardware store making my key. Suddenly they don't want to guarantee jobs anymore... I just thought it was lame... Maybe I'm a freak, but I wanted a Kawasaki, not an Ilco... Next time I'm going to Canac...
