Called on a Monday at 4:57 PM. Warned us that he would not attempt to pick our residential lock and would automatically drill it for a minimum of $200. He ended up asking our neighbor to borrow his drill and extension cord... Still charged us $229 for doing the job with tools that weren't his ??
