Kid scratched the inside of my door to pieces trying to unlock it and then charged me $185. I could’ve done the same thing with a balloon and a coat hanger. Don’t even bother calling them.
At the kiosk located in Kroger, one key could not be duplicated as it apparently was too small. The other was and the copies work fine. But I felt at $24-plus for a couple of duplicates, it was a very expensive self-service. I was offered the choice of making another key for free but the only other key I needed done was, as mentioned, too small. Will likely not use again and look for other options, if any.
None of the keys worked. Literally, none of them. I had to have them all remade today and was actually in the process of looking for a way to contact you as I would come across his email. I was curious if I could go about getting a refund or how to do that I can send the keys back or do whatever I need to do with them
Called for a residential unlock and was told a technician would call shortly with a quote. After 20 minutes, still nothing, so I called back for an update. Gave them another 15 minutes, called again, and was once again told to stay close to the phone. My last call was a request to cancel the service and they had the nerve to tell me I would need to pay for cancelling due to the technician’s time and effort. I never even received a call… absolutely did NOT pay. Absolutely do not recommend this place.
