I had an excellent experience with Grady. After I accidentally locked myself out of my car, he was quick to respond and arrived much faster than I expected. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I was back inside my vehicle with minimal hassle. He made a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciate this fast, reliable service. Highly recommend him for anyone needing a locksmith!

8/24/23 8:30pm I had a key in my old work car that was so worn it wouldn’t turn the ignition cylinder. After 5 calls to other locksmiths and collectively receiving the same quick response “no we don’t do that” I became worried. I came across Grady and thank goodness I did. It was after hours everywhere and I was stuck in a parking lot. Unlike the other locksmiths I spoke with Grady actually cared about my issue. He asked me questions to trouble shoot the problem. With little to no waiting time Grady arrived!! My car is 23 years old and the key was brittle and filed down to no teeth protruding from the middle. It took a while to match the key, an hour and a half to be exact. Most workers would have given up many times during this process, to claim it was the way it was and nothing could be done; that’s not how Grady rolls. He stayed persistent and determined to get the key made correctly. After 3 keys it worked. It didn’t only work, it turns as fluidly as it did on the showroom in ‘00. Grady thank you so so much for your hard work. I will always refer people to you and I’m so appreciative for your diligence and work ethic. Grady went above and beyond to get our keys copied and remotes programmed. His prices were very fair and it was a much better experience than I've ever had going to a dealership. I'd highly recommend his services if you are ever looking for help!

We are remodeling a vintage airstream and needed help fixing the lock as well as getting keys made. We called around to a couple businesses in town without any luck finding someone who wanted to step up to the challenge. Grady was very willing to work with us. He was very reasonable price wise & was creative in helping us get our lock fixed and camper on the road.
