I had an excellent experience with Eli’s Lock and Key. Max came out in the middle of the evening and quickly fixed my door lock when I was unable to secure my door. From the very first call, the owner of the company showed genuine concern for my safety and responded immediately. He said something along the lines of, “I can’t let you go without a lock on your door, it’s not safe,” which truly meant a lot. Max was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. The level of personal care, responsiveness, and strong work ethic from both the owner and technician was absolutely outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with this level of respect and urgency. I highly recommend Eli’s Lock and Key to anyone looking for reliable service and people who genuinely care about their customers’ safety.
