I gave them two stars because they're a mobile company who will come to you, and because they are open late andcalled back quickly. I guess that's good for emergencies, or for when your entire key has been lost. If that's you, give them a call.

They quoted me a price range (which they would only quote after I gave them my address and phone number and waited for a technician to call me back) of $180–$220 to replace the key casing on a 2006 Ford that didn't even need a fob. Pass.

I locked myself out of a room in my house. I called to heave someone help me get in and thought I was getting someone who could pick the lock without damaging it. Instead he insisted it couldn't be picked and damaged the frame instead to open it then wanted to charge $220 for it. I had the lock picked before for $200 and no damage. I ended up paying 200 and out frustration grabbed a lock pick myself (sadly it was in the locked room) and got the door open faster than the guy did who damaged my door. Joke of a locksmith.

Waited an hour and 30 minutes when we were told wait time was 30-40 minutes. Quoted between $90-$120 over the phone and he opened the door in less than 2 minutes and charged us $120. Would not recommend.

I've used it quite a few times, and it has worked very well. The keys always work well. I'm very happy with the kiosk.

Very convenient. I love these key kiosks. Just beware the lightweight key options, they are not as strong as the brass. I love this place tho.

Quick, easy, and convenient service that offers a surprisingly wide range of key copy services. Moderately fair pricing but the only downside is the low quantity of on hand design options — if the machine does not have what you are looking for, you must wait for it to be shipped to you. Overall it was a positive experience.

Looks like my review was removed so I'm reposting:
The response time was quick. However, the fee and the way it was handled, to unlock my truck, was less than desirable. When asked what the cost would be over the phone, they only said the tech has to evaluate the situation upon arrival. The tech arrived in an unmarked minivan, then looked in the window. I then asked what the cost is. He said $29 for the service call plus $200 for the service. I told him that was very high and other services were less. He said it's a Sunday. He then negotiated with me and said he would do the entire thing for $200 flat. It then took him about two minutes to insert the two inflatable bags, pump them up and stick the rod in to push the button to unlock the door. I spoke with customer service about the cost and asked what dictates the cost of the service. She said it depends on the security feature of the vehicle. I told her there were no security features on the vehicle that the tech had to contend with, and it was done in about two minutes. She said it's not based on the time it takes. I asked what the range of cost is for the service. She said between $19 - $200. I asked her what evaluation does the tech use to determine the cost of the service if it's not based on time and since security features were not a factor. She said that she was not permitted to address this question. I asked to speak with a Supervisor, but she said she was the highest person that can handle this complaint. I shared with her it seemed as though the technician simple just was trying to charge the maximum cost. She was not permitted to address this either.

I love my keys, worked fine and received in mail fairly quickly. This is my second time ordering and the first time was awful. I didn’t pay for the upgrade and my keys didn’t work. To me, the upgrade is essential and shouldn’t be charged. If you go to a key place, you expect the keys will work. It’s not an upgrade if your keys are unusable without it. I like the convenience of this service, but feel the service needs work. Be careful.
