Service was excellent identifying lock issues that had gone by unnoticed by other locksmiths. Made very helpful recommendations for future lock work.

I think it’s the only store in London where you can get a spare or new keys out of broken ones. I have only one key for my storage room that was broken and all the stores I called couldn’t make new keys out of two broken pieces, finally found this guys. Saved me the trouble of getting a new lock. And they charged very reasonable . Thanks David and his team.

Dave, and his team have been fantastic everytime I have had the need to call them. Whether it's trying to find keys for an old lock or service/maintenance on my safe, they are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
Jeff helped move my antique safe to it's current home and preformed a complete service on the safe from hinges to combination lock. Thorough and tidy, he had everything working better than ever and it now feels like it was built yesterday it works so smoothly.
