I went in to get a lock re-keyed and was already being helped when three other customers arrived after me. Each time someone new came in, the locksmith stopped working on my lock to help them instead.I asked directly if this was going to keep happening and was told yes. At that point I left.Very unprofessional, disorganized, and a complete waste of time. If you value basic fairness and actually being helped once your service starts, I would not recommend this place
