I was honestly stressed because this was a high-end smart lock and I thought it would have to be drilled or completely replaced.
David showed up and handled everything calmly and professionally. No damage, no drilling, no mess. He opened it quickly and the lock still works perfectly.
You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. Not just someone with tools — a real specialist.
Fast response, clean work, zero damage. Highly recommend.

The owner was very responsive. His team was polite, fast and reasonable. I needed several locks rekeyed and they didn’t have the preferred finish/color on hand but his team delivered it while the other locks were being worked on which helped everything get completed within a couple hours.

Low Switch did an amazing job! I got locked out of my car, and he arrived super fast, was very professional, and opened my door with no damage at all. The service was quick, clean, and fairly priced. Highly recommend him for car lockouts, hotel doors, or any locksmith service in the U.S.! ??????

I used this locksmith last week when I was locked out of my home and they are super professional, reliable, and great price ! I was locked out of my place late at night in Los Angeles. They arrived in 20 minutes, were incredibly professional, and gave me a very fair and transparent price before starting any work.
The locksmith was super friendly and clearly experienced. He got me back inside quickly and even checked to make sure the lock was working properly afterward. I really appreciated the honesty and the fast response time.

Amazing experience with Roy the locksmith! He got to my apartment 15 minutes after calling, was super sweet, and even made me an extra key! The price was unbeatable and the job was done in less than 5 minutes. Hopefully I don’t get locked out again but if I do I’m definitely calling him again!!
