I was quoted $85 to get my keys out of my locked car. After waiting an hour past the quoted time the locksmith finally arrived and quickly retrieved my keys. When it was time to pay I was told the price was $300 instead of the wouted $65! I was told it was because it was after hours and in a Friday. All of these factors were true when I got the quote! Will never use them again.

I hired this company after responding to a Facebook ad under the name “Go Easy Handyman.” I was quoted $199 in writing for a garage door spring replacement, including labor. After the work was completed, I was charged $472.07. The final bill included additional charges (general maintenance, cables, higher labor, and a service call) that were never disclosed or approved beforehand, and I was not presented with a revised total before the repair was completed. The invoice I received was not from “Go Easy Handyman,” but from “LAN Locksmith Services,” which was never mentioned during the booking process. That added to the confusion. I am not disputing that the work has value. My concern is the lack of pricing transparency and communication. When I asked for clarification, I did not receive a clear explanation. I also attempted to call two different phone numbers associated with the business and was unable to reach anyone; one line routed to an automated assistant without a direct response. Customers deserve clear pricing, consistent business identification, and the opportunity to approve costs before work begins. I would strongly recommend getting a detailed written total upfront before agreeing to service.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Tech Nate was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and at a fair price, with great attention to detail. Communication was clear, and everything was explained properly. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely use them again
