Outstanding experience working with Gene!

Needed to get several doors rekeyed and some help figuring out the patio door locking.

Gene matched the locks for all the doors and explained the patio door locking mechanism without making me feel like an idiot.

But even better, he found that two of the doors were out of alignment on the striker and fixed them both. One of them was a particular mess as it seemed to have been repaired (except not really) by someone else at least once before.

Five doors, all the locks work and they all latch correctly.

VERY reasonable price.

Would definitely recommend to anyone who asked and use their service again in the future.

I first talked to Jeannie on the phone, and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s a very polite and nice lady. She was able to tell me quickly weather or not they would be able to cut me a new key for my vehicle and how much it would cost. The customer service was impeccable. The same day her and her husband, Gene, came out and got me my new key. Very quickly too, Gene had it done within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable as well. I talked to them for a bit afterwards and they are just sweet couple. It was a great experience.

This was a great experience. I had two old doors and locks which I bought new hardware for. I wasn't sure anything would fit or work, but Gene is an expert and goes beyond what one would expect to make things work and look good. He has a really good "eye" and knows how to diagnose problems. And he is pleasant throughout the experience. Finally, he charges what appears to me to be a most reasonable amount for all the work he did. Gene's wife Jeanie is most helpful on the phone and a delight to talk with.
