Programming attempts for keys it did not supply are charged, and it does not program supplied keys for European vehicles. It also will not attempt to program a Mercedes key bought online.
It can come to the vehicle to generate and program a new key onsite. For a spare-key appointment, it can meet at its shop when the customer has a working key.
