Reviews
What customers say
Feedback is mixed: one customer described the experience as “Easy, simple, fast and works fine,” while another reported waiting more than 30 minutes for a promised callback that never came and said an agent declined the call while they were speaking. A customer also reported a key machine inside Price Rite near the registers.

terrible service!! I called 3 times and they kept asking me to wait for the call back saying it would take 5 minutes, waited over 30 minutes and nobody called me, the last time i called the girl agent was very upset and declined my call as I was speaking! locksmith should really improve their customer service.

I called the number and I said, if you need help trust one, if you wanna know where your nearest nearest kiosk is? Press two, so I pressed one, and then it asked me for my zip code so that it could connect me with a locksmith, somewhere.
